In Cooperation with Jordan Restaurant Association (JRA), The Amman Chamber of Commerce Training Academy (ACCTA) holds a training course under the title:
Communication Skills & Excellent Customer Service


The Amman Chamber of Commerce Training Academy (ACCTA) held a training program of Communication Skills and Excellent Customer Service, presented by the Expert, Mr. Sharif Hamawi.

The training course aimed introducing behavioral and performance skills of dealing with clients perfectly, in addition, clarifying modern concepts and methodologies in dealing with clients, the course also focused at how to meet clients’ satisfaction and keeping them in touch with the establishment, developing participants to understand clients’ needs.

Mr. Hamawi introduced skills of listening and effective dialogue, work teams, ideal ways of stress management and also rules of call service.

Participants at the end of the course expressed their appreciation to the (ACCTA) for holding such programs which develop their skills and enhance their expertise.
