The Services available at the ACC include any of the followings along with the original documents needed for each:

Registration
Documents required for completing individual firms and Trade companies’ membership procedures within the Amman Chamber of commerce:

Amman Chamber of Commerce is responsible for registering individual firms and commercial companies which operate their commercial activities within the borders of the Greater Amman Municipality.

First: Individual firms:
The applicant should present the following documents at the time of filling out the Chamber’s membership form:
a. Commercial registration certificate issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
b. Commercial name document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (if any).
c. Original lease contract or title deed.
d. Personal Identity Card issued by Civil Affairs Department to authorized signatories for Jordanians, and personal identification evidence for non-Jordanians.

Second: General partnerships, limited partnerships, and limited partnership by shares:
The applicant should present the following documents at the time of filling out the Chamber’s membership form:
a. Corporate Control registration document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, or the Official Gazette issue in which the company registration is included.
b. Commercial name document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (if any).
c. Original lease contract or title deed .
d. Personal Identity Card issued by the Civil Affairs Department to authorized signatories for Jordanians, and personal identification evidence for non-Jordanians.

Third: General Joint Stock Companies, Limited Companies and Exempt companies:
The applicant should present the following documents at the time of filling out the Chamber’s membership form:
a. Corporate Control registration document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, or the Official Gazette issue in which the company registration is included.
b. Commercial name document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (if any).
c. Original lease contract or title deed.
d. Personal Identity Card issued by the Civil Affairs Department to authorized signatories for Jordanians, and personal identification evidence for non-Jordanians.
e. Company capital document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
f. Document of authorized signatories issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
g. Company’s bylaw and memorandum of association.

Fourth: Regional Offices:
The applicant should present the following documents at the time of completing the Chamber’s membership form:
a. Corporate Control registration document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade to non-operating foreign companies.
b. Original lease contract or title deed documents (if any).
c. Personal Identity Card issued by the Civil Affairs Department to authorized signatories for Jordanians, and personal identification evidence for non-Jordanians.

Fifth: Operative foreign companies:
The applicant should present the following documents at the time of filling out the Chamber’s membership form:
a. Corporate Control registration document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade for operative foreign companies.
b. Original lease contract or title deed document (if any).
c. Personal Identity Card issued by the Civil Affairs Department to authorized signatories for Jordanians, and personal identification evidence for non-Jordanians.

Note:
The authorized signatory should attend in person insofar as administrative issues are concerned. In the event that an authorized signatory cannot appear in person, a membership form may be obtained from the Chamber, signed by the signatory whose signature should be validated by the Bank he is dealing with, or whose signature should be verified according to other Chamber records indicating that this person is authorized to sign on behalf of the relevant firm.

Annual Membership Renewal
The ACC's Registration Certificate issued last year, or the ACC's Payment Reciepts issued last year, or the Registration Number of the membership at the ACC should be presented to facilitate the renewal procedure.

Amendments
Amendments may involve any of the followings
CAPITAL, NAMES OF AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES, FIRM'S OBJECTIVES, ADDRESS, LOCATION, COMMERCIAL NAME, AND ANY OTHER CHANGES . Therefore, the original documents needed for making changes concerning the Firm's Records must be accompanied by a Requesting Letter issued & signed by the authorized signatories of the firm, or filling out & signing the ACC's Records Updating Form by the authorized signatories showing their approval of the required changes.

In the event of changes concerning
CAPITAL, NAMES OF AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES, OR THE FIRM'S OBJECTIVES. The following original documents issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade must be presented: Modified Commercial Registration Certificate of the Individual Firms. Modified Registration Certificate of the General, or Limited Partnership Companies.

Modified Capital Document and Modified Document of the Names of Authorized Signatories as far as Limited / Public Shareholding / Exempt Companies are concerned.
Modified Registration Certificate of Foreign Companies Non - Operating in Jordan as far as Regional Offices are concerned.

In the event of changes concerning
ADDRESS, LOCATION, OR COMMERCIAL NAME.
Address
Changes include Telephone, E-mail, Post Office Box, Fax, or Telex Numbers; no documents are required to be presented as far as address changes are concerned.
Location
Due to a new physical Re - Location, the original of the New Lease, or Real Estate Ownership Title must be presented.
Commercial Name
The original Modified Document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade must be presented.

Cancellation
The Company or Individual Firm can be cancelled by submitting a Request Letter issued & signed by the authorized signatories of the firm, or signing out the ACC's Cancellation Form by the authorized signatories of the firm which its registration has to be cancelled and accompanied by the original of the following: Cancellation Document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade regarding the cancellation of commercial registration of Individual Firms, General/Limited Partnership companies, Limited / Public Shareholding / Exempt Companies. Cancellation can also be carried out on the basis of an Advertisement to that effect published in the Official Gazette.

Ratification
The ACC ratifies the accuracy of the authorized signatories' Specimens of the Trade Companies and Individual Firms on the original documents and/or Letters issued by those Companies and Firms.

Recommendation Letters
The ACC ratifies the accuracy of the authorized signatories' Specimens of the Trade Companies and Individual Firms on the original documents and/or Letters issued by those Companies and Firms.

ACC's Identification Card
Any registered member may be given the ACC's Membership Identification Card which may be issued in Arabic, or English Language separately . The ACC's ID Card Application form (Arabic / English) must be filled out & signed by the registered member requesting the ID and must be accompanied by one personal photo along with the original personal identification document such as Passport, Family Notebook, Personal Identity Card issued by the Civil Affairs Dept., chamber's ID card or Driver's License.

Guarantees
The ACC ratifies statements concerning the guarantor's financial capability on the basis of the ACC registration and/or Real Estate Ownership.

This could be done within the following cases:

1. The Registered Member Guarantor.
The ACC's registered member can make a guarantee on the basis of his/her registered capital within the following conditions:

A- For Guarantees which its value does not exceed 50000 JD (Fifty Thousands JD): The registered member can make a guarantee with a value that does not exceed his/her registered capital as the maximum limit of the guarantee, along with providing his/her valid Professional License for the current year, if he/she has been registered at the ACC for less than one year.
B- For Guarantees which its value exceeds 50000 JD (Fifty Thousands JD): The registered member can make a guarantee with a value of 50000 JD (Fifty Thousands JD) or more, by considering a 50000 JD of the registered capital in addition to 50% of the rest of his/her registered capital with a maximum guarantee amount limit of 200000 JD (Two Hundred Thousands JD), if he/she has been registered at the ACC for three years or more. However, in the case of the firm's registered capital has been changed, the registered member can make a guarantee after the completion of three years form the date of the last capital changes have been made, so that the ACC can be able to approve the new changes occurred on the registered capital for guarantees purposes, along with providing the new updated Professional License for the current year.

2. The Real Estate Ownership Guarantor.
The ACC ratifies statements concerning the guarantor's financial capability on the basis of Real Estate Ownership based on the real estate value along with providing an Estimation of Real Estate Letter (which it shows the value of the real estate properties, and its value has to be equal to, or more than the value of the required guarantee to be made at the ACC) issued by the Survey & Lands Department, if the value of the required guarantee to be ratified exceeds the amount of 20000 JD (Twenty Thousands JD).

3. The Registered Member & Real Estate Ownership Guarantor. The registered member at the ACC can make a guarantee relying on his/her registered capital in addition to whatever he/she owns of real estate properties based on the conditions mentioned under items 1 and/or 2 above.

4. Studying Guarantees.
A- Any Registered Member at the ACC and/or Real Estate Ownership, and/or Parents Guardian can make a student guarantee to cover up the studies expenses abroad of Jordan based on his/her own expenses regardless of specifying or not specifying a value for the guarantee.
B- The rest of all other Students Scholarships and Private Study Expenses will be treated as it's mentioned under items 1, 2, and 3 above.

Conditions and Original Documents Required for Ratification of Guarantees
- The Guarantee's Form to be ratified by the Chamber.
- Presence of the Guarantor personally in order to sign on the Guarantee's Form.
- The Chamber's Registration Certificate if the guarantor is a Merchant.
- The Real Estate's Title if the guarantor is a Real Estate Ownership.
- The Estimation Letter of the Real Estate Value issued by the Survey & Lands Department if the guarantee's value is 20000 JD (Twenty Thousands JD) or more.
- The Guarantor's Identification Card.

Certificates of Origin
The ACC endorse Invoices of Goods and issues Certificates of Origin for those Goods provided that the Exporter is registered at the ACC . Original Documents Needed for Endorsement of Invoices and Issuance of Certificates of Origin for Each of the Following:
Jordanian Agricultural products & Livestock
The Exporter should present the original Invoice signed by the authorized signatory of the firm showing information about the goods in terms of Type, Quantity, Value, Origin, Name of Recipient of Exported Goods, Country of which Goods are Exported to, Invoice Number and Date.
Scrap Goods
For those Scrap Goods which are collected from Jordanian Local Market, the Exporter should present only the original Invoice showing Information as Indicated in the above item, in addition to the exporter's declaration on the Invoice that " The Scrap Goods are of Jordanian Local Market Collection".
Re - Exported Goods
Goods imported by members who are willing to Re - Export such Goods abroad, the Exporter should present the following documents (Original): Invoices showing Information as indicated above. Any of the following must be presented along with the original Invoice; original Incoming Customs Manifest, Custom - Declaration, Re - Export - Declaration, Provisional Entry Manifest, or Certificate of Origin according to which Goods were Imported.
Goods Imported to the Free - Zone, or Through Transit
The following original documents should be presented: Invoices showing Information as indicated in the above item. Certificate of Origin, Customs Transit, or Entry - Into Free Zone Manifest In order to prove the Origin of the Goods.
Local Industrial Goods
The following original documents should be presented: Invoice showing Information relevant to the Goods, Endorsed by a Jordanian Chamber of Industry. The Certificate of Origin issued by a Jordanian Chamber of Industry for establishing the Origin of the Goods.
Publications / Books Goods
The Exporter should present the original Invoice showing Information as indicated in the above items along with any of the following original documents: Same Requirements of original documents do apply as mentioned in the above item (Local Industrial Goods) and / or Same Requirements of original documents do apply as mentioned in the above item (Re - Exported Goods) and / or a original Letter issued, signed, and stamped by The Union of Jordanian Publishers.
